The Kauffman Estate
Project Overview
The Kauffman estate sits on a large beautiful lot that offered a vast array of opportunities to create exciting new outdoor living areas and enhance the appeal of the home and property. The front drive was opened up to all of Georgia’s natural sunlight by removing trees, cutting back undergrowth, adding new sodded areas and repaving the drive. The home’s entryway was accented with flat stone and new plantings.

The tiered backyard features a pool and cabana with walkways, paths and a creek bed spanned by pedestrian bride leading to a lush, new lawn area. The lower tier features a playhouse and is all beautifully tiered and landscaped using natural stones and boulders.

We are very pleased with the job that Tony Martin from Etowah Group and his crew did at our home. On a FIVE STAR RATING I would give them a 20. They were on time, every time; solved a huge water drainage problem; with our input they designed a beautiful landscaping plan to make sure our goals and needs were met; and then delivered on all of them. I had a couple other people to quote on the job and they may have done well, BUT, they could only do their one specialty. Tony could do every aspect of our needs. I call that one stop shopping. And by the way, at the end of every day they cleaned up any mess as if they were not even there each day.
Had our backyard completely rebuilt by Etowah, who came in with ideas we hadn’t thought of and helped our vision become not only a reality but a beautiful oasis. From the custom stone work to helping to level out yard, they took all input and crafted something better. Our foreman himself spent many hours on site, which you don’t see these days! We would highly recommend to others and will definitely use for future projects.
Hired the Etowah Lanscape Group to install a rock wall and boulder wall. Based on past experience with other landscapers I was really nervous about this project. Boy was I surprised by the level of professionalism, scheduling, communication, quality, and follow-up. I would highly recommend Tony and his crew for any landscape job you may have. They did a outstanding job and our walls look great. Our neighbors have also commented on the beautiful appearance.
Very professional and true experts at what they do. Melda completely redesigned our landscaping and we are constantly receiving compliments from neighbors who walk by. Mike’s attention to detail and expertise is exceptional. They have installed stone walkways that we are very happy with. The lawn and landscape maintenance team also does an exceptional job.
